Delivery and Return Information

After completing the selection of the products you wish to purchase, you will be asked for your credit card information on the payment screen and this information will be securely transmitted to the bank for payment confirmation.

If there are special payment or installment options applied to the card you use, they will be displayed on the payment page while completing your order. You can view your related order from the My Account page and see the status of your cargo in the Order Detail field under the 'My Orders' heading. When your order is shipped, information will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

You can update your delivery and billing address on the order page during the purchase or you can change it in the 'My Addresses' area on the 'My Account' page. After the order is placed, product additions & deletions and address changes cannot be made.

For orders that have not yet been processed, you can access your order from my account page and cancel your order.
