As ELECTRA IC AR-GE A.Ş. Management, we believe that Management Systems are customer satisfaction oriented,

• To create a timely, fast and effective system by using technological opportunities in corporate communication with Internal / External Customers, Suppliers and all other relevant contexts,
• To ensure the effective implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System, to create, implement and execute the system; to identify the improvements deemed necessary by continuously auditing the performance criteria and process activities, to ensure the realization of the activities by ensuring the applicability conditions,
• To encourage leadership and employee participation in all our processes with a participatory and pluralistic management approach in our organization,
• To increase the satisfaction of all our customers in the services we provide with an attitude aiming for excellence, to keep satisfaction at the highest level, to manage customer feedback effectively, to eliminate transactions that do not create value and to provide timely services with effective use of resources,

• To fulfill the national, international and sectoral regulations, legal and relevant legislation requirements, to meet its obligations arising from agreements, to meet the information security requirements arising from its corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders,
• Within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (K.V.K.K) and other relevant legislation, we undertake to meet all responsibilities regarding the collection, processing, protection and destruction of personal information of employees, customers, visitors, suppliers, business partners and other relevant third parties.
